As the President/CEO, you will lead Mission City FCU in a fast-paced, always-evolving financial marketplace. In the past 11 years, Mission City FCU has doubled in size (loans, shares, and assets) and there is no desire to slow our momentum now. You will be responsible for continuing the growth of the membership and loan portfolio, and for developing products and services that serve the diverse needs of our membership. The ideal President/CEO will be an effective communicator among all stakeholders, and a financial services expert well-versed not only in the operations of the credit union but in executing membership growth strategies, especially using emerging marketing approaches.
