This role provides a leadership opportunity to oversee a small team while reporting directly to an engaged and committed Board of Directors working toward the mission of improving members’ financial well-being. The ideal President/CEO will be a high-energy and visionary leader, a strong communicator who can engage effectively with multiple stakeholders, and a financial services expert who is well-versed in all operations of a credit union.
Our next President will bring optimism, great ideas, and a love for working directly with members and in the operation of a credit union. Financial acumen, understanding of the regulatory compliance environment, and a heart for financial inclusion are equally important to success in this role. Collaborative to the core, you will enjoy building personal relationships with our members, working closely with a small team of colleagues, and making an impact on the financial well-being of those we serve, one member at a time.
You will communicate in a manner that is both collaborative and decisive, inspiring action in your team members, a supportive partnership with your Board of Directors, and confidence from the regulators and your members. Your skillset balances business acumen and interpersonal relationships, with accomplishments that show how you have achieved financial gains and significant growth while honoring member needs and developing your team.
A history of implementing new ideas and programs, growing a loan portfolio, and expanding relationships with members will have helped prepare you to become our President/CEO.
