The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) oversees a team of 4 direct reports. Aligned with and guided by the strategic plan and regulatory guidelines, the CFO, in partnership with the executive team and direct reports, will oversee the credit union’s investment portfolio, asset/liability management system, and accounting information system. Ensuring compliance with regulations and legal requirements for financial activities reporting and management is a key responsibility. The CFO will spearhead the annual budget preparation, financial reports, call reports, and various executive management reports.

This role demands strong leadership, the ability to facilitate long-term growth goals, active contribution to strategic planning, and demonstrated execution skills. Collaboration with the executive leadership team, staff at all levels, and the Board of Directors is integral, requiring excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and strategic vision.
