Chief Member Experience Officer

Position Summary

Broadview Federal Credit Union is in search of a Chief Member Experience Officer to join their team. This talented individual will lead a cross-functional team that builds best in class member experiences, from initial engagement through sustained relationships, to fulfill members’ overall financial needs. Directly overseeing the Retail Branching, Business Development, and MSC/Contact Center to ensure that sales, service, and communications are consistent with the Credit Union’s mission, values, and culture. The ideal candidate will create a member experience that differentiates the Credit Union from its competitors, providing vision to the entire Member Experience network for career growth, business objectives, and accountabilities. This position contributes to the strategic planning and direction of the Credit Union, overseeing member relationship growth, developing, implementing, and obtaining annual goals. A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with ten years of experience in a senior executive level capacity in Hospitality and/or Financial Services is required.
